Day 1 : The Transatlantic journey begins.

This morning we woke up, did a final pack and check through our minimally compiled items, and headed out to the airport.  After weeks (months, really) of prepping for this moment, it feels nothing short of a dream that we are actually here.  I feel a literal, and figurative, sigh of relief and am finally basking in the excitement of what's ahead of us.  Bon voyage!
