Day 19 : Within the Cotswolds.

Spent the day maneuvering public trains and buses around the Cotswolds, a cluster of small villages speckled with honey-colored stone.  The town names alone are intriguing. 

Moreton-in-Marsh
Stow-on-the-Wold
Bourton-on-the-Water

We sat by the water, had a picnic lunch, and couldn't get over the cobblestone streets everywhere.  The weather was mostly pleasant, but British as ever - changing from sunny and warm to cloudy with a bit of breeze in a moments notice.  Note to self: always bring layers of clothes.

Ended with an afternoon stop at tea room for our first helping of cream tea.  As delicious as expected.
