Day 5 : Punting the River Thames.

After 3 miraculous days of beautiful weather in Oxford, someone told us we must go punting.  "It will likely be the last agreeable Sunday this summer!"  

Some trepidation ensued when we arrived, but other punters assured that it wasn't all that difficult.  Naturally, Vance was a pro.  I gave my shot at it, but preferred the luxury of just being along for the ride.

We will be back at the Cherwell Boat House soon for a picnic and some stellar people watching, for sure.
