Day 86: Paella de Casera.
Since we signed up a few weeks ago, Vance and I have both been looking forward to our Paella cooking class! The food we've experienced while we've been abroad has been nothing short of phenomenal, and this meal was no different.
Little Marta was our host for the night. "I'm not a chef. I'm a teacher. But I'm a teacher who likes to cook!" She was really the most entertaining part of the night and provided the most fun environment.
And her apartment! Located on the top floor of the building, it overlooked Placa Tetuan and one of the busier roads that runs diagonally through the entire city. The view was amazing, and the atmosphere really made the night what it was.
We met some wonderful people, enjoyed Sangria, and ended with a new recipe under our belts.
