Day 36: Nice to meet you, Croatia.

We made it to Croatia and could not be more excited to explore this place! Coming into our transition here, we had very few expectations about what it might be like, basically researching just long enough to find good housing.

Arriving dressed in multiple layers due to the slight chill of Oxford on our departure day, Split welcomed us with balmy temperatures and a nice warm breeze.  

We are staying in an area called Meje (pronounced "May-yay"), just beneath the renowned Marjan Hill Park.  With the beach just a 5 minute walk and the park around the corner, you can expect to find us indoors only when necessary.
